I love my service and meal this time! This beautiful girl with such a great smile, friendly, provide me an amazing customer service! I been here a couple times and staff didn’t have manners at all.But yesterday 4/12 I got tremendous customer service by this young lady.(Continue with that awesome smile and hard work!) Even though she was all by herself, she managed everything in a proper way. Staff like this it’s what this place need.
To be perfectly honest, I have been here in 2 years but still felt compelled to leave a review. This was the best poke that I've ever had in my life, way better to Pokeworks which sometimes screws up the rice (like how do you do that?). Best post-workout meal ever was two scoops of salmon and tuna each with a beer and plenty of toppings. It was always fresh with massive portions if you became a regular and tipped well. Even in NYC, the typical poke joint topping selection pales in comparison.
This place is great! Went last night on a whim instead of waiting for our table down the street. Everything was super fresh, healthy and VERY flavorful. It's like having a big sushi bowl for 11. The sauces were great to top it off with and he staff was well trained and very friendly. I just wish that they would turn the lights down or swap out the bulbs with softer light, the lighting is very aggressive. But otherwise amazing new addition to town! Perfect healthy, delicious and reasonable quick lunch stop
Ordered delivery today to check this place out. Ended up with a custom salmon poke bowl with seaweed, roe, and tempura pieces. Food delivery was pretty quick and everything was wrapped well. There weren't any missing ingredients which is always nice when you try a custom order dish for the first time. The bowl was refreshing and filling. The sushi rice mixed well with the salmon and other ingredients. Definitely hit the spot. I will be going here again!
Usually the woman attendant is wonderful, but the guy who stays in her place is not pleasant at all. I bought a poke, the salmon was green, the rice tasted strange, I ended up not eating the poke

My review of Pokemoto is as follows: As a first timer to the restaurant, I have found the menu and ordering process. It is just like a Subway but with superior quality foods. You can either choose from their menu or build your own meal. The place is very clean and very open. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure I had a great experience. The prices are a hair high, but they can easily be accounted for because of their quality. Will definitely return!
